These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the JTS AI ERP platform (“Service”) operated by Jangid Tech Solution (“JTS”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must have authority to bind your organization. You are responsible for account credentials, user access you grant, and activity under your tenant. Keep passwords confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
2. Free trial
If a free trial is offered, it lasts for the period shown during signup (typically 30 days) unless extended in writing. Trial features may be limited. When a trial ends, access may be restricted until you upgrade or your administrator renews access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Service, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt other tenants
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
- Resell, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law
- Share login credentials outside your organization without authorization
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you enter into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant JTS a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, comply with law, and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data and for obtaining any required consents from your employees, suppliers, and customers.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, software, branding, and documentation remain JTS property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any JTS IP. Feedback you provide may be used without obligation to you.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for purposes related to the Service, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Availability and support
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and emergency work may occur. Support channels are published on jtsai.cloud or provided by your administrator.
8. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the commercial agreement or in-app plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Unpaid amounts may result in suspension after notice.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, legal risk, or misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, export options (if available) should be used within any stated retention window; thereafter Customer Data may be deleted.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for validating outputs used for payroll, tax, compliance, or contractual decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by you to JTS for the Service in the three months before the claim (or INR 10,000 if you are on a free trial).
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
