This Privacy Policy explains how Jangid Tech Solution (“JTS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the JTS AI ERP platform (“Service”). It should be read with our Terms of Service.
1. Who we are
JTS provides multi-tenant ERP software for manufacturing and related operations. For Customer Data stored in a tenant workspace, your organization is typically the data controller; JTS acts as a processor / service provider.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, phone, company name, and login credentials
- Tenant / business data — HR, purchase, production, finance, and other records you enter
- Usage data — login times, feature use, device/browser metadata, IP address, and diagnostic logs
- Support data — messages and attachments you send to support
- Cookies / session — authentication, CSRF protection, preferences, and security
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users and enforce access controls
- Communicate about trials, billing, incidents, and product updates
- Detect abuse, fraud, and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Legal bases
Where applicable (including GDPR-style regimes), we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent where required, and legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:
- Infrastructure and messaging providers needed to run the Service (hosting, email, WhatsApp gateways)
- Professional advisors under confidentiality
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- A successor in a merger or asset transfer, subject to continued protection
Tenant admins control which of their users and connected systems can access Customer Data.
6. International transfers
Data may be processed in India or other regions where our infrastructure or subprocessors operate. We use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for cross-border transfers where required.
7. Retention
We retain account and Customer Data while your tenant is active and for a limited period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Trial data may be deleted after the stated retention window following expiry. You may request export or deletion through your administrator or by contacting support.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please use strong passwords and least-privilege user roles.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. Tenant users should contact their administrator first. You may also email support@jtsai.cloud.
10. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be notified in-product or by email when appropriate.
